On September 20, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with new OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger (Switzerland) on the sidelines of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly.
The officials discussed OSCE participation in the efforts to settle the conflict in Ukraine, the state of affairs in the OSCE, its Secretary General’s plans for the duration of his term in office, and preparations for the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Vienna on December 7-8.
