On February 16, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
The officials discussed the OSCE’s assistance in working toward a settlement of the conflict in the east of Ukraine, the general state of affairs in the Organisation and prospects for making it a more effective venue for an interstate dialogue on current issues of common European security.
